The 8kW Kensa Compact heat pump with single compressor is housed in the garage with the manifold located against the wall, enclosed in a neat, wooden box.

The system works at its most efficient matched with underfloor heating throughout and high levels of insulation, exceeding building regulations.

The Leas were successful in achieving their main objectives for the project:

  • Reduced running costs of their home
  • A comfortable, family oriented environment
  • State-of-the art technologies for efficiency and peace of mind.

Mr and Mrs Lea remarked:

We have four children and seven grandchildren and needed enough space to entertain the family, as well as somewhere which would be comfortable, convenient, secure and cheap to run. We have not regretted the decision.

Kensa are excellent; their equipment is competitively priced and is suitable for the British situation.
