Find your perfect installation partner
Kensa has pioneered the design of the ground source heat pump unit to enable smooth installation of the product without the need for any specialist training, certification or tools.
Should you require assistance for the installation, Kensa Heat Pumps provides three distinct fulfilment strategies that can be used to deliver part or all a ground source heat pump project:
Buy direct from Kensa
Get a quote from Kensa for your ground source heat pump system.
We will aim to have your quote with you in 2-3 days. We can then advise of an installer local to you, or support you or your preferred plumber to carry out the installation. Our MCS Umbrella service ensures all systems are fully compliant with MCS requirements to ensure you receive the RHI.
Use a Kensa Partner Installer
Find your local Kensa Partner Installer and get a quote from them for your ground source heat pump system.
Contact Kensa to recommend a local Kensa installer to you. You can then deal with your local installer direct, and they will project manage your installation from start to finish.
To provide complete peace-of-mind for customers, Kensa has a select network of experienced and verified ground source heat pump installers which we call our ‘Underground Network‘.
Kensa’s Underground Network consists of MCS and non-MCS installers that have demonstrated continued expertise, service and quality to exceptional standards determined by Kensa.
Consultancy service: MCS Umbrella
Kensa’s consultancy services may also be employed in cases where the customer prefers to use their own preferred installer (or even undertake the installation themselves). In these scenarios it is important that the installer is MCS accredited in order to ensure eligibility requirements are met to receive RHI payments.
If your installer is not MCS accredited, using our ‘MCS Umbrella’ service Kensa will offer consultancy support to ensure your installation meets MCS requirements, whilst supporting your installer on the path to becoming fully MCS accredited. Provided MCS guidelines and our instructions have been followed, Kensa will remotely commission the unit and generate the commissioning certificate for the project under Kensa’s MCS accreditation as an MCS installer.Read more
