Assistant Estimator/ Estimator

As Assistant Estimator/ Estimator, you will provide estimates and quotations to the Sales team for supply and installation
of ground source heat pumps for both new build and existing properties. The postholder will also provide assistance with compiling data and bid writing for
tender opportunities.
This role will be based at the office in Truro/Exeter/Bradford with the potential to include some working
from home. Closing date 14th March 2024.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of
Sales to lead and grow our B2B heat pump business in the
volume, commercial and industrial, and new-build sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing
and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market
opportunities, and building strong relationships with
customers, specifiers, and contractors.
This role could be based at Kensa offices in Truro, Exeter, Bristol, or Bradford. Hybrid working
is recommended for this role.
As part of the exciting expansion of the Kensa Group, a new Financial Planning and Analysis
(FP&A) Manager role has been created. This role will lead the business
planning and support the growth of the business,
reporting to the CFO.
This role could be based at Kensa offices in Truro or Exeter.
As the Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator, you will ensure that every Kensa Heat Pumps delivery is delivered correct and on time and that all customers enjoy the highest level of satisfaction in dealing when ordering and receiving products from Kensa and its partners. You will work with Production Management and Planning Sales to ensure that orders are accepted, planned, produced and delivered to meet customer’s needs.
This role will be based at our Truro Kensa offices near Chacewater.
As Senior R&D Engineer, you will design
and develop new and existing Kensa heat pumps. You will bring in fresh ideas
to ensure that we develop, maintain and expand our range of cutting-edge
products.
This role will be based at our Kensa offices in Truro.
