David joined Kensa in 2011, bringing with him a wealth of experience, having been involved in the heat pump industry since 2004. David manages the Sales team and works within both the domestic and commercial sectors.

Daisy HornsbyTechnical Sales
Daisy joined Kensa in 2013 and works within the sales team, based in Exeter. Daisy has a wealth of experience within the domestic heat pump sector, designing and specifying Kensa products.
James CoeTechnical Sales
James joined Kensa in 2019, he has worked within the renewable heating industry since 2003 bringing a wealth of experience in the domestic and commercial sectors. James works within the Sales team specifying bespoke ground source heat pump solutions.
Lauren HillTechnical Sales
Lauren has worked in Renewables since 2016. Lauren's ground source heat pump (GSHP) knowledge allows her to prepare detailed quotations with accuracy. Her understanding of domestic and commercial systems means she can evaluate all GSHP applications.
Darren VealTechnical Support & Commissioning Engineer
Prior to joining Kensa in 2014, Darren was a heating engineer for over 30 years. Providing valuable technical support to both the sales team and our installers, Darren is responsible for heat pump commissioning, MCS compliance and installer training.
Todd WhymarkTechnical Support
Todd first joined Kensa in 2005. As an expert in all aspects of technical support, Todd advises on new and old Kensa products, attends sites across the UK, and helps with the day-to-day running of the department.
Tom WorthTechnical Support Manager
Previously a refrigeration engineer, Tom joined Kensa in 2000. Now the Technical Support Manager, Tom manages and delivers first-class installer support. You'll also find him attending UK-wide sites or assisting with product research and development.
Maggie BuhrFinance and Admin Assistant
Maggie joined Kensa in 2010 with a strong background in administration. She is your first point of contact for any invoicing or order and despatch queries.
Ally CookMCS Compliance Coordinator
Ally joined Kensa in 2018 and works within the sales team, based in Exeter. Ally supports the MCS Umbrella scheme and ensures compliance with MCS guidelines to deliver successful RHI applications with OFGEM.
Margo StandleyAdministration Assistant
Margo has over 20 years in customer services roles in catering, healthcare and manufacturing sectors combined. Her responsibilities include order processing, assisting purchasing, marketing, and all things admin.

Guy CashmoreTechnical Director
Co-founder of Kensa, Guy oversees Kensa's technical service department, leads research and development, designs new Kensa products, and delivers training and lectures to staff, students and export distributors.
Kate ClarkeFinance Director
Kate has a background in both private and public finance, in sectors ranging from services to manufacturing. She is responsible for running the finance and admin department and dealing with the day to day financial matters.

CIM qualified and experienced in marketing renewables since 2007, Stephanie joined Kensa in 2011 and is responsible for the marketing and business growth of the Kensa Group of companies.

John is Head of Clean Energy and Investment Director at Legal & General Capital, where he leads strategy and direct investments in clean energy infrastructure and technology. John also works closely with L&G’s property and housing businesses.

A founder board member and major shareholder, Miranda was influential in establishing the company’s early product and service offering, utilising a background in retail management and human resources.
