National Key Account Sales ManagerIan has 30 years of experience in the heating industry & 10 years in the renewable sector. Ian focusses on the volume sales market, procurement frameworks & tenders, working with M+E contractors to support the deployment of networked heat pumps.
Lauren Hill
Senior Account ManagerLauren has worked in Renewables since 2016. Lauren's ground source heat pump (GSHP) knowledge allows her to prepare detailed quotations with accuracy. Her understanding of domestic and commercial systems means she can evaluate all GSHP applications.

Account ManagerPaul joined Kensa in 2007 to spearhead sales through the expanding distributor and installer networks. He has worked within the heating industry for over 30 years.

Account ManagerKatie joined Kensa in January 2024, coming from a background of sales and utilities management. Katie works in the domestic consumer sales team as an Account Manager to help customers install efficient low-carbon heat pumps into their home.

Darren Veal
Installer Development & Training ManagerPrior to joining Kensa in 2014, Darren was a heating engineer for over 30 years. Providing valuable technical support to both the sales team and our installers, Darren is responsible for heat pump commissioning, MCS compliance and installer training.
Todd Whymark
Installer Development ManagerTodd first joined Kensa in 2005. As an expert in all aspects of technical support, Todd advises on new and old Kensa products, attends sites across the UK, and helps with the day-to-day running of the department.
Tom Worth
Technical Support ManagerPreviously a refrigeration engineer, Tom joined Kensa in 2000. Now the Technical Support Manager, Tom manages and delivers first-class installer support. You'll also find him attending UK-wide sites or assisting with product research and development.
Tom Cosier
Third Line Technical SupportTom has been working for Kensa since 2015. He started in the manufacturing facility building slinkies & units. Tom then progressed to post-installation Technical Support in 2020.

Office ManagerKayleigh joined Kensa in 2021 and is Office Manager based at Kensa's Headquarters in Truro. Kayleigh is the first point of contact for all calls and visitors to site and provides essential admin support for all aspects of the business.

Chief Executive OfficerTamsin is an Oxford graduate of Engineering Science and a Fellow of the Energy Institute and has held senior positions at EnergyNest, Northumbrian Water Group, Centrica, and BP. Tamsin was appointed as CEO in 2023.

Chief Technology OfficerJames is responsible for delivering customer and shareholder value through Kensa’s manufacturing, field delivery, technical support and NPD activities. James was appointed COO of The Kensa Group in 2022.

Chief Financial OfficerMartin joined Kensa in 2024 bringing with him experience from the energy, manufacturing and technology sectors. At Kensa, Martin is responsible for all financial activities, corporate governance and providing support to the wider team.

ChairPaul joined Kensa as Chair on 1st November 2024. Paul is a highly experienced Chair and CEO with an extensive track record of scaling businesses, delivering customer-focused solutions and generating value.
Chris Miles
Non-Executive DirectorChris joined Kensa in 2020. He invested in and led the growth of a renewable heat business from 2005, which was later sold to a major utility. Chris has had board-level experience across 8 businesses in the low-carbon energy sector.

Non-Executive DirectorAndrew is an Investment Director in Legal & General Capital’s Clean Energy team. He has been working in the renewables & cleantech sectors for over a decade during which he has developed expertise across debt, private equity & venture capital.
Jo Butlin
Non-Executive DirectorJo joined Kensa in 2022 with over 26 years of experience in the energy sector. She now focuses on the UK’s ambition to move to Net Zero and is chair of OFGEM’s ESO performance panel and a founding member and Director of the Women Utilities Network.
