Cornish manufacturer Kensa Heat Pumps and Westward Housing Group have won South West Regional Project of the Year for their innovative heating upgrade scheme in Holsworthy, Devon.

The project was recognised at the Regional Green Deal & ECO Awards in Exeter alongside tough competition included entries from British Gas and City Energy South Wales. Read more

In 2014, Eco Friendly Installations installed a 6kW ground source heat pump at the newly built RNLI lifeboat station at Porthdinllaen. Three vertical boreholes were drilled to overcome the challenge of being on the shoreline and the system is successfully providing space heating to new crew facilities through an efficient underfloor heating system.
